Privacy policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

admaxo ("we") is a design and digital-marketing studio, part of Innovation Imprint. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the services you are interested in, a budget range and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, the site language and country version, and the time.

When you browse. We count page views per day, page, country version and language. This count does not include your IP address or any information that identifies you, and it uses no cookies.

Analytics tools. If we turn on Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or the Meta Pixel, those services may set their own cookies and collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
  • To follow up on a project you started with us.
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

We do not sell your information, and we don't use it for anything you wouldn't expect from contacting us.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies to work properly: your theme (dark or light), your language and country version, whether you answered the country suggestion, and a security cookie for the contact form. Analytics tools, when enabled, add their own.

Who can see it

Your messages are visible only to the admaxo team members who handle enquiries. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf to run the site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any work that follows, then delete them. Page-view counts are anonymous and kept to compare traffic over time.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to [email protected]. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
